MeshOS T-Deck Activator

// Step 2 of 2. Once the patched firmware is on the device (step 1 lives at flasher.php), power-cycle the T-Deck out of DFU mode, plug it back in, click Connect, then Get key → Activate.

⚠ Power-cycle out of DFU mode first. The T-Deck comes out of the flasher still sitting in DFU (bootloader) mode — the patched firmware isn't actually running yet. The activator talks to the firmware's serial console, so if you connect while the device is still in DFU mode you'll see no boot output and Get key will time out.

Do this before clicking Connect:
  1. Unplug the T-Deck from USB.
  2. Hold the power slider off for a couple of seconds, then slide it back on. The device will cold-boot into the freshly-flashed firmware — you should see the MeshCore splash on the screen.
  3. Plug it back into USB and only then click Connect below.

// If Get key comes back empty or the log shows nothing but silence, you're almost certainly still in DFU. Unplug, power-cycle, replug, retry.

Haven't flashed yet? Hit flasher.php first — it'll write the patched firmware to the device in a single click. Then come back here to activate. If you've already flashed (or you're activating a device someone else flashed for you), you're in the right place.
