Step 2 of the two-step flow. The activator reads the device serial off the console of the (already-flashed) T-Deck, posts it to the keygen API with keypair=v2, and writes the returned activation key back via /license set.

Requires desktop Chrome or Edge over HTTPS (or localhost for testing). Web Serial isn't available in Firefox or Safari and isn't available on mobile.
